We are now in full swing printing plectrums at Skivfabriken. When we decided in the summer of 2018
to expand our business, “bandmerch” felt like an obvious step and as the first product to launch, we chose printed plectrums. From the start, we had a goal to maintain the same quality and delivery times as we have for CD productions. I.e. be able to deliver editions under 500 pieces in 3-5 working days.
During the fall, we have had the honor of manufacturing plectrums for everything from local bands to world artists and all our customers have been satisfied with the results.
The plectrums we print on are made of Delrin, a popular material appreciated by musicians. Same material as e.g. Dunlop Tortex.
We print our plectrums with UV-cured ink that gives a nice shine. The print builds slightly in height and gives a nice texture to the plectrum as a bonus.
In stock we have plectrums in thicknesses of 0.46 – 2.0.
This allows us to print black picks with white text. Even four-color printing is very good, as we first add a white color to the bottom which makes the colors more luminous.We think that all bands should be able to afford to print their own picks, so the minimum order is 25 pieces.
