CD in cardboard pocket

Our fine cardboard CD pockets are printed in 4-color on 300-gram cardboard. Each sheet is punched and glued at our own print shop in Falkenberg, Sweden, into a beautiful cardboard pocket.

When we punch, we use our fine Heidelberg wing from 1965, which punches thousands of cardboard pockets every month.

In the past, CDs in cardboard sleeves were most often used when they were CD singles or CDs with fewer songs, known as “maxis”. Recently, the cardboard pocket has become our most popular sleeve and we make it for both singles and complete albums. The advantage of a cardboard pocket is that it feels lavish and serious, while being relatively cheap to print. They also avoid using unnecessary plastic in their production, which is appreciated by many.

The dimensions of a cardboard pocket are 125 x 125 mm and it weighs 45 grams with the CD or DVD attached. This means that it is cheap to send by post as it only requires simple postage, while at the same time the cardboard protects well so that usually no extra packaging is needed as when sending cases made of plastic.

We produce CDs in cardboard pockets from 25 pieces and the delivery time is about 3 working days.

If you are looking for a larger edition of 500 pieces or more, the delivery time is a bit longer but the unit price is cheap.
