After receiving several requests for customers who want to print cassettes, i.e. classic cassette tapes that each of us growing up in the 70s had a plethora of, we got in touch with a British company that still runs a factory producing cassette tapes.
Invented by Philips and introduced in the mid-60s, the music cassette was an instant success. 50 years later, when MP3 players became the Christmas gift of the year and later Spotify was introduced, few people were sitting at home creating mix tapes of their favorite music.
A few years ago, the LP record got a fresh start as more and more people longed to return to listening to music in analog format. Now it seems to be time for the music cassette to make a comeback.
In 2020, we delivered our first self-made music cassette tapes. The first customer was Mustasch and their latest album “Killing it for life” we copied to cassette and printed in a limited edition with a nice transparent case and imprint.
If you are interested in copying and printing cassette tapes for your group, please contact us. We help you with everything from creating originals adapted to cassette cases, to re-mastering the sound from digital to analog.
