Skivfabriken is a subcontractor of optical media such as CD-ROMs and DVDs to a wide range of industrial, healthcare and pharmaceutical companies. We also produce USB memory sticks that we copy for business customers and send out to end customers around the world.

As a subcontractor of optical media such as CD, DVD and Blu-ray discs, this places high demands on our availability and delivery times. Many of our contract customers have their own servers with us where they can store their originals and keep them up to date for fast production and delivery times.
Distribution of discs to final customers
We are responsible for the weekly distribution of our customers’ materials, software or updates to their end customers.
We pack discs with cover letters and if shipments are going abroad, we take care of customs and shipping documentation so that your shipment reaches the recipient wherever it is without any problems. We work with Post Nord, DHL and UPS and can ship all productions with your own contract and customer number. If you have another freight service provider with whom you have a good agreement and want to use, we will also solve this.
Own FTP server with your material with us.
To reduce delivery times, we set up our own FTP server on our premises. There you save and keep your originals up to date while waiting for production.
In this way, we have a very short production start-up time after receiving a purchase order.
Press or Copy
When producing a record, there are two methods of production: CD pressing or CD copying. Pressing a CD or DVD production is the cheapest for volumes over 500 pieces, but delivery times are slightly longer. Usually 8 working days. Copying a CD costs a little more but is delivered in just one day. We do all the printing and copying in our own premises in Sweden. For CD pressing, we cooperate with the company Sono Press in Germany, which is the best company for pressing CDs and DVDs in Europe.
