Product ranges and prices change regularly and without prior notice. However, you are always assured of the agreed price at the time of ordering.We reserve the right to make changes to VAT and duties.We reserve the right to make price errors and to sell out.
Payment
- Payment can be made by invoice, postal advance or Swish.
- For invoice payments, the usual credit check is carried out
Shipment and delivery
- The delivery time is indicated on each individual product. However, in some situations there may be an extended delivery time. The goods are normally delivered within 6-12 working days.
- If an item is delayed, you will be notified by email or phone wherever possible, and the goods will be delivered directly to your door or to a DHL service point.
Right of withdrawal
- By law, the right of withdrawal is 14 days, but as our products are made specifically for your needs, the right of withdrawal does not apply. When you approve your purchase on the website and accept our terms of sale and delivery, you accept this and that the right of withdrawal thus lapses. If you regret the purchase, please contact us as soon as possible as we will try to stop the order and thus cancel the purchase for you.
Right of complaint
- The right to complain means that you as a customer can complain about faults and defects in the product purchased from us for 2 years from the date you received the product. However, it is a prerequisite that these defects have not been caused by your misuse of the product or any other wrongful conduct leading to the defect.
- You must make a complaint within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. When you want to complain about a product, you should first contact us and then the product should be sent to our address. As a consumer, you have a 2-year right of complaint, which means you can either have the product repaired, replaced, refunded or reduced in price, depending on the specific situation.

At Skivfabriken, we support an open and free society and are committed to freedom of expression and equal value for all.
We welcome all customers but we reserve the right to refuse certain productions if they go against our core values.
We reserve the right to refuse customers who:
– We suspect that our products or services are intended to spread racist, pornographic or other offensive messages.
– Wants to disseminate content documenting illegal activities.
– Disseminating copyrighted material.
– Anonymous productions that do not have a clear sender.
